Role:

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our HRIS team! This role will have the opportunity to work alongside our global People Success (HR) team in creating system efficiency across our People processes. As a HRIS Analyst, you will use your knowledge and experience with Ceridian Dayforce (in partnership with the HRIS Manager) to help our organization improve our HR services. You will provide technical support and guidance to end-users, as well as collaborate with our HR, Finance, and IT teams on HRIS initiatives that support our business needs.

How you’ll contribute:

  • Apply knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce modules - WFM, Reporting, Benefits, and Org Setup
  • Serve as first point of contact to consult with users in diagnosing and resolving system issues; escalate issues to HRIS Manager when necessary.
  • Partner with HRIS Manager on system enhancements through assessment, configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation
  • Manage roles and permissions for users and execute user security requests
  • Collaborate with IT and internal system administrators to ensure data sharing and integration points for employee information across necessary IT and Finance platforms are intact
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and reports that can be used at a global level
  • Continuously create and maintain Jobs/Job Assignments table as well as Organization table
  • Assist with compliance reporting (AAP, EEO-1, CA Pay Reporting)
  • Lead resource in bi-annual User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Dayforce Releases by preparing test scripts, testing system changes, and tracking any changes in previous behavior
  • Process and validate mass imports, clean-ups, and report on any data discrepancies
  • Provide training to HR team members and end-users on Ceridian Dayforce new functionality and processes
  • Assist with HRIS project coordination

What will make you successful:

  • 5 years of experience working with Ceridian Dayforce required
  • Proficiency in Excel (i.e VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc)
  • Ability to understand user’s work processes and determine functional needs in system
  • Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure HRIS meets organizational needs and goals
  • Experience working within a global organization, preferred
